Be With You is a song about how everything is more meaningful when you share it with the one you love. Whether it's all the riches in the world or making one's childhood dreams come true, nothing compares to being with that person.
The song came out of a project by Will-Powerz and Latent that was intended for a live performance video. Latent played the acoustic guitar, Will played the piano and there would be a singer involved. That never came to pass, so Will took the live recordings of the guitar and piano and made a song out of it. It is essentially a live performance as the vocals were recorded in one take as well.
