Find It Hard is a song about how two people survive their damage alone and together. We all have experiences from the past that leave a mark (some more than others) and these can make life hard sometimes. They can put a strain on relationships, but relationships can also be strengthened by sharing that pain and growing together. That's what this song is about.
The track came about after Latent was working in the studio with another singer. They planned to cover a song called This Is For You, but the project feel through. The instrumental Latent made was so beautiful that Will wanted it to see the light of day, so he wrote this song and recorded it. Latent provided the mixing and mastering and also added an exquisite acoustic guitar solo to add to the sad atmosphere.
